End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Handi Inc software only as allowed by the applicable app store, subscription, product plan, and this agreement. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, bypass security, misuse APIs, scrape data, interfere with service operation, or use the software for unlawful purposes. Beta software may be incomplete, unstable, changed, suspended, or discontinued. AI, estimates, diagnostics, calculations, measurements, routing, scheduling, repair, lawn care, game, and business features may contain mistakes and require human judgment. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Handi Inc and its owners, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, staff, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensors, service providers, and authorized partners disclaim warranties and limit liability. This agreement is governed by Texas law.
