HandiHQ and Handi Inc respect customer privacy. We do not sell customer data, and we do not directly track customers across apps or websites for the purpose of selling their usage data to others. We collect information reasonably needed to operate our websites, apps, support systems, accounts, billing, security, beta testing, legal compliance, and product reliability. Some products may use platform services, payment processors, analytics, crash reporting, advertising services, app stores, hosting providers, OpenAI or other AI providers, email providers, and support tools that process information as service providers or independent platforms under their own terms. If a product contains ads, advertising partners or platform providers may process limited information according to device settings, app permissions, user choices, and applicable law. Handi Inc does not directly sell that data. AI features are assistive and may make mistakes. Support attachments may be deleted after tickets are closed or under retention settings while ticket history may remain. Users may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices through the account deletion and privacy request pages. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
