END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR BIBLE KJV: GOD'S WORD FOR ALL
Effective date: August 9, 2026
1. PARTIES AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
This End User License Agreement is between you and Handi Inc only, not Apple Inc. Handi Inc, not Apple Inc, is solely responsible for Bible KJV: God's Word for All, referred to in this agreement as the Licensed Application, and its content. This agreement does not create usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. SCOPE OF LICENSE
Handi Inc grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The Licensed Application may also be used by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing, volume purchasing, or other sharing methods allowed by the applicable platform rules.
3. FREE APPLICATION
The Licensed Application is provided without charge. This release contains no subscription, in-app purchase, paid feature, advertising, or donation request.
4. PERMITTED USE AND RESTRICTIONS
You may use the Licensed Application for personal, family, church, ministry, educational, and other lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, bypass security, misuse interfaces, interfere with operation, redistribute protected app code or artwork, or use the Licensed Application unlawfully, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
5. SCRIPTURE AND HISTORICAL TEXTS
The Licensed Application presents the 66-book King James Bible, the KJV Apocrypha, and selected ancient writings in separate and clearly labeled collections. Inclusion of a work does not declare that work inspired, canonical, doctrinally authoritative, or equal in status to the 66-book KJV Bible. Canonical status varies among Christian traditions.
The Licensed Application may contain transcription, formatting, search, pronunciation, source-labeling, or other errors. Important passages should be compared with a trusted printed or scholarly source. The Licensed Application is a reading and study tool. It does not speak for God, replace Scripture, determine doctrine, or replace a pastor, church, counselor, attorney, physician, or other qualified adviser.
6. LOCAL DATA AND BACKUPS
Bookmarks, highlights, notes, tags, reading history, reading-plan progress, settings, and reading or listening positions are normally stored locally on the device. You are responsible for creating and protecting any backup you choose to export. Handi Inc cannot recover local information that was not exported by you.
7. PRIVACY
The Licensed Application does not require an account and does not contain advertising, analytics, marketing tracking, or a Handi Inc narration server. The app privacy policy is available at https://handihq.com/privacy/bible-kjv/. External support and website activity is governed by the applicable website privacy policy.
8. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
Handi Inc is solely responsible for maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application as specified in this agreement or required by applicable law. Apple Inc has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Licensed Application.

9. WARRANTY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensed Application is provided as available and without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be disclaimed. If the Licensed Application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple Inc, and Apple Inc may refund the purchase price, if any, for the Licensed Application. Because this app is free, the purchase price is normally zero. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple Inc has no other warranty obligation for the Licensed Application. Other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the responsibility of Handi Inc to the extent required by law.
10. PRODUCT CLAIMS
Handi Inc, not Apple Inc, is responsible for addressing claims by you or a third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the Licensed Application fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws. This agreement does not limit Handi Inc's liability beyond what applicable law permits.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS
If a third party claims that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Handi Inc, not Apple Inc, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
12. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS AND TERMS
The Licensed Application includes or references public-domain texts and may use operating-system services. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Licensed Application. Source, provenance, license, and canonical-status information is provided inside the app where applicable.
13. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country or region subject to a United States Government embargo or designated by the United States Government as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on a United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
14. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you materially violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Licensed Application, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
15. CHANGES AND UPDATES
Handi Inc may provide updates to correct errors, improve compatibility, add or remove features, or comply with legal and platform requirements. Continued use after an update is subject to the agreement presented with or applicable to that update.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handi Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-data, lost-profit, business-interruption, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the Licensed Application. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY
You and Handi Inc acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance of this agreement, Apple Inc has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement, the product terms at https://handihq.com/terms/bible-kjv, and the privacy policy at https://handihq.com/privacy/bible-kjv/ state the agreement governing your use of the Licensed Application, except where applicable law or platform terms provide additional rights.
