Apple Standard EULA

Count Tipula downloads from Apple's App Store are licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The standard agreement is available on Apple's website.

License

Subject to Apple's Standard EULA and these supplemental terms, Handi Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Count Tipula on Apple-branded devices you own or control as permitted by Apple's usage rules.

Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, unlawfully reverse engineer, extract protected assets, remove ownership notices, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Local information

Preferences and saved restaurant entries are stored locally. You are responsible for your device, backups, shared calculation text, and deletion of information you no longer want stored.

Calculation disclaimer

Count Tipula is a convenience calculator. Verify every bill, percentage, split, rounding result, and final payment. It does not determine what you are legally or socially required to tip.

Maintenance and support

Handi Inc., not Apple, is responsible for Count Tipula maintenance and support to the extent required by applicable law. Contact support@handihq.com.

Third-party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the license for App Store downloads and may enforce the applicable license terms as provided by Apple's Standard EULA.
