Cut Deck Solitaire End User License Agreement

This product EULA applies to Cut Deck Solitaire. Handi Inc grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, access, and use the product only as allowed by the applicable app store, website, product plan, subscription, beta invitation, and posted terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, scrape, bypass security, misuse APIs, interfere with service operation, copy protected materials, or use the product unlawfully. Beta access may be revoked at any time. The product is provided as available and may contain errors. AI and automated features may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or mistaken. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Handi Inc and its owners, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, staff, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensors, service providers, and authorized partners disclaim warranties and limit liability. This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.
