Handi Handyman End User License Agreement

Effective date: June 21, 2026

This End User License Agreement applies to your use of Handi Handyman. If you download the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard app rules also apply except where a custom license is permitted and used.

License

Handi Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Handi Handyman on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple’s App Store rules.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, abuse, overload, bypass premium limits, extract API keys, interfere with the AI gateway, or use the app for unlawful, unsafe, or prohibited purposes.

Ownership

The app, design, code, branding, content, tools, and documentation are owned by Handi Inc. or its licensors. You receive only the limited right to use the app as allowed by this agreement.

AI and measurement disclaimer

AI output, measurements, calculations, scans, reports, reference data, and confidence indicators are not guarantees. Results may be wrong even when they appear certain. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.

Premium features

Some features require in-app purchase or subscription through Apple. Subscriptions renew and can be managed through your Apple ID settings. Restore Purchases can be used to restore eligible purchases on another device using the same Apple ID.

Updates and availability

Features may change, be updated, be limited, or be removed. AI services may depend on third-party providers, network availability, app entitlements, usage limits, and safety controls.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handi Inc. disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for damages caused by use of or reliance on the app, including AI errors, measurement errors, plant misidentification, chemical misuse, repair failure, construction mistakes, property damage, injury, or lost materials.
