SnekQ End User License Agreement

Draft for attorney review before release. Handi Inc grants a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use SnekQ on supported Apple devices under applicable App Store terms. Users may not reverse engineer service protections, automate bulk scans, scrape the service or reference library, bypass subscription verification, submit malicious reports, resell access, or use the service to create a competing identification dataset. The software, reference comparisons, and AI output are provided as available without a guarantee of species accuracy or fitness for emergency, medical, wildlife-control, or legal decisions. SnekQ never grants permission or advice to handle a snake.
