Bible KJV: God's Word for All Privacy Policy

Bible KJV: God's Word for All is designed to be private by default. The app is 100% free and exists solely to help spread God's Word and make Scripture freely accessible.

Information collected by the app

Handi Inc does not collect personal data through the app. The app does not require an account, use advertising identifiers, contain advertising or analytics SDKs, perform marketing tracking, sell personal information, or send reading activity to a Handi Inc server.

Information stored on the device

Bookmarks, highlights, notes, tags, reading history, reading-plan progress, appearance preferences, narration preferences, notification preferences, and the last reading or listening position are stored locally on the device.

Read aloud, Siri, Shortcuts, and notifications

Bible narration uses speech voices installed on the device. Siri and Shortcuts can start or control actions requested by the user. Optional Daily Verse reminders use local notifications. Handi Inc does not operate a narration server and does not receive the Scripture being read, private notes, reading history, or listening position through these features.

Backups, sharing, and issue reports

When a user exports a backup or shares a verse, the app presents the device's standard file or sharing interface. The user chooses the destination. Handi Inc does not receive an exported backup, shared verse, or prepared issue report unless the user independently chooses to send it to Handi Inc.

Website and support

Opening a HandiHQ product, privacy, legal, or support link leaves the app and connects to the HandiHQ website. Normal website server logs and information voluntarily submitted through a support request are handled under the HandiHQ website privacy policy. These website activities are separate from the app's on-device reading and listening features.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults because it does not collect personal information through the app.

Data deletion

Users can remove locally stored information through the app's controls or by deleting the app, subject to normal device backup behavior. Files exported by the user must be deleted from the location where the user saved them.

Changes

If a future version changes the app's data practices, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before that version is released.
