Count Cashcula Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Handi Inc. handles information for the Count Cashcula mobile app.
Summary
Count Cashcula is designed as a local-first cash counting utility. The app lets users enter quantities of bills and coins, verify a count by counting again, save count records locally, and export reports if they choose.
Information stored by the app
- Cash count records: Denomination quantities, calculated totals, count names, notes, timestamps, expected drawer values, and verification results may be saved locally on the device.
- Settings: Currency choice, denomination settings, appearance settings, auto-save preference, expected drawer preference, and optional saved-count protection settings may be stored locally.
- Purchase status: Apple StoreKit subscription information is used to unlock app access and restore purchases.
Local storage
Count records are stored locally on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, save, or share them outside the app. Handi Inc. does not receive cash count records through a server account system.
Exports and sharing
If the user exports a PDF, text, or CSV report, the user controls where that exported file is saved or shared. Exports may be handled by Apple system share sheets or other apps selected by the user.
Data not collected by the current design
The current Count Cashcula design does not use ads, third-party tracking, location, camera, photos, microphone, contacts, push notifications, AI processing, analytics SDKs, or account login.
Workplace use
If Count Cashcula is used for a workplace cash drawer, register, till, safe, deposit, or other employer-related cash handling, users should confirm their employer allows third-party apps and personal devices for that purpose.
