Privacy summary
Count Tipula is a local-first tip calculator. The app does not require an account or login, and Handi Inc. does not collect personal information through the app.
Information stored on your device
Count Tipula may store your preferred tip percentage, rounding choice, split count, appearance setting, and restaurant preferences locally on your device. This information is not sent to Handi Inc.
Amounts and calculations
Bill amounts, tip amounts, split calculations, and reverse-tip calculations are processed on your device. Count Tipula does not transmit those values to Handi Inc.
Sharing
The app uses Apple's system share sheet only when you choose to share a calculation. You select the destination, and the receiving app or service handles the shared text under its own privacy practices.
Advertising, analytics, and tracking
Count Tipula contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, or behavioral profiling. Handi Inc. does not sell or rent information from the app.
App Store purchase
Apple processes the purchase of Count Tipula. Handi Inc. does not receive your full payment-card number or security code. Apple may provide sales, financial, or diagnostic information according to Apple's policies and your device settings.
Website and support links
When you open a HandiHQ product, privacy, legal, or support link, your browser connects to the HandiHQ website. Normal website server logs and information you voluntarily send through support are handled under the applicable HandiHQ website policies.
Your choices
- Delete saved restaurant preferences inside the app.
- Delete the app to remove locally stored preferences, subject to normal iOS backup behavior.
- Do not use Share if you do not want to send a calculation to another app.
Children
Count Tipula is a general-audience utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
