By using the services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable product terms, and any posted rules. The services are provided as available and may change. You are responsible for your account, device, data, backups, lawful use, and reviewing information before relying on it. AI features are not perfect and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, biased, or mistaken. The services are not professional, legal, financial, medical, construction, engineering, mechanical, safety, or tax advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Handi Inc and its owners, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, staff, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensors, service providers, and authorized partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, device damage, or similar damages. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Handi Inc and its owners, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, staff, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensors, service providers, and authorized partners from claims arising out of your use, misuse, content, uploads, breach of terms, unlawful conduct, or reliance on AI or support information. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and venue will be in courts located in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.
