Count Tipula Terms of Use

Purpose

Count Tipula is a convenience tool for calculating tips and dividing bills or tips. It is not financial, tax, accounting, legal, employment, wage, or professional advice.

Your responsibility

You decide which amount to enter, whether and how much to tip, how to divide a check, and whether the displayed result is appropriate. Verify the receipt, entered amount, percentage, rounding choice, and final payment before paying or sharing a breakdown.

Calculations

The app is designed to use decimal money calculations and reconcile split pennies, but software and user-entry errors remain possible. You are responsible for checking all results.

Purchase and availability

Count Tipula is offered as a one-time paid App Store download. It has no in-app subscription, no advertising, and no recurring charge from Handi Inc. Apple controls the App Store transaction, refunds, regional pricing, taxes, download eligibility, and family-sharing availability.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, unlawfully reverse engineer, defeat platform protections, misrepresent the app, or use it in violation of applicable law or Apple's rules.

Ownership

Count Tipula, its code, artwork, name, design, and documentation are owned by Handi Inc. or its licensors. Your purchase provides a limited right to use the app under the applicable license, not ownership of the app itself.

Updates and compatibility

We may improve, correct, add, or remove features. Continued compatibility can depend on Apple hardware, iOS versions, and App Store availability.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handi Inc. is not liable for incorrect tips, payment disputes, split disagreements, lost data, lost profits, indirect damages, incidental damages, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on the app.
