Lawn Roster Terms

These product terms apply to Lawn Roster. They supplement the HandiHQ Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, EULA, support terms, and any app store terms that apply to the product. By using Lawn Roster, you agree to use it lawfully, keep your account and device secure, review information before relying on it, and follow any posted product rules. If the product is in beta, it may be incomplete, changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued. AI, estimates, diagnostics, gameplay, scheduling, business, support, or other automated features may make mistakes and require human judgment. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Handi Inc and its owners, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, staff, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensors, service providers, and authorized partners disclaim warranties, limit liability, and are protected by the indemnity and release provisions in the HandiHQ Terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.
